How to send it back.
- Email us first. Tell us you’re sending it back at support@howlcampfires.com before you ship anything.
- Pack it up. Pack it securely, ideally in the box and packaging it came in, with all the original parts.

Arvada, CO 80002 - We refund you. When it arrives, we inspect it and issue your refund, minus the $30 refurb fee if it came back with major signs of wear or use. After that, how fast it shows up depends on your bank or card company.

HOWL builds gear for a lifetime, not a landfill. Here’s how we handle it when something goes wrong.
Defects: no cost to you.
If the damage is caused by a defect in manufacturing, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you, at our discretion. Once we identify the defect with you, we pay the shipping to make it right.
Wear and wrecks: a fair price.
Normal wear and tear, impacts, accidents: we’ll try to repair the issue at a reasonable cost. We’ll quote you before we start. That goes for anyone who owns a HOWL.
How is my warranty voided? It can’t be.
Use your HOWL gear like you mean it. Take it to the wildest places on earth. If you scratch or dent it, that’s the mark of a good time. If you manage to bust something that changes the functionality, just send it back to us. We’ll repair or replace the affected parts at a reasonable cost to you.
Accessories and apparel: covered by the same lifetime warranty against defects and workmanship. We can’t repair accessories and apparel the way we repair fires, so there’s no paid repair for them.
