Refund policy

If you don’t love your HOWL for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

1. Email support@howlcampfires.com outlining intent to return within 14 days of delivery to start your return. Your return must be shipped within 30 days of the date your HOWL was delivered.
2. Returned products must be clean, undamaged, complete, and include all original parts and accessories.
3. Once we receive and inspect the return, and it passes inspection in like new condition we’ll refund your product purchase price.
4. If your unit is in a less than new condition, you will be charged a $30 dollar refurbishing fee and the remaining value of your purchase price will be credited towards a future Howl product.
5. Original shipping costs and credit card fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

If your HOWL arrives to you damaged or defective, contact us right away at support@howlcampfires.com and we’ll make it right!
