Refund policy

Return Time Frame:

Customers have the right to return unburned units within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Condition for Return:

Unburned Units: Returns are only accepted for fire pits that have not been used or burned and are returned within 30 days of the shipping date. The item must be in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, and all accessories.

We do not accept returns for units that have been used or burned. We highly encourage our customers to carefully review the product's features and instructions before use.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be securely packaged in original packaging for return to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is documented and secure.

Refund Process: 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
