Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service, Packaging, and Shipping Specialist at HOWL Campfires in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This Specialist will:
- Develop technical knowledge of HOWL’s products
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Guide customers to purchase the right tools for their situations
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes
- Clean and Box HOWL Products
- Print shipping labels and manage the record of shipped items
- Order, receive and organize packaging materials inventory
Qualifications
- Experience at an outdoor gear company or automotive shop is preferred
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, and Gorgias preferred
- Must have experience providing customer service in written and verbal form
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must enjoy meeting new people and helping them problem solve
- Must enjoy learning and taking direction
- Must be detail oriented and willing to speak up if something's not right
Compensation and Benefits
- $22/hr to start
- Health Insurance available after 30 days
- 3 Weeks PTO accrued per year
- Schedule is four 10-hour days, 6a-4p Monday – Thursday. Fridays off.
