Can I run it off my RV's onboard propane?
Yes. The R1 ships with a standard quick-connect regulator compatible with 1-lb disposable bottles, 20-lb DOT tanks, and the low-pressure quick-connect port already installed on most Class A, C, fifth wheel, and travel trailer rigs. A 10-foot hose is included free.
Is it really approved during burn bans?
no embers, sparks, or unattended fuel. We maintain a burn-ban lookup tool on our site, and always recommend calling the ranger station before you arrive.
How long does a 20-lb tank last?
Roughly 8 hours on full blast from a single 20lb tank, and 16+ hours on low. A 1-lb disposable bottle runs about 90 minutes on high. Perfect for an evening on a single site.
What's the warranty and return policy?
Lifetime manufacturer warranty on the frame and burner. 30-day no-questions-asked returns on anything else. We ship from Colorado and handle RMAs direct.
